- Guidance on the Disclosure of Student Records (aligns with the information in the July 2019 Procedures)
- Additional information on Initial IEPs Prior to Age 3 (aligns with the information in the July 2019 Procedures)
- Procedures when a parent requests an evaluation, including when a disability is not suspected (aligns with the information in the July 2019 Procedures)
